Unless something borderline miraculous happens this season, we'll be lucky to break the 2nd round of the playoffs. With that said, is Avery's job safe? If the Mavs are bounced in the 1st round again, is it time to fire Avery?
Our offense is stagnant and predictable, our players are old, and its becoming quickly apparent that he's lost some of his key players --- namely Dirk.
