Sterling's trying to get a better buyout, which would actually help us if money does become an issue, we can help him recoup a bit of the buyout difference from salary.

I agree with this. Cassell would be a terrific option at backup PG. His defense is obviously suspect, but his experience, passing and scoring abilities would be very valuable. The pick & pop with him and Dirk would be almost unstoppable!!
