Josh is about the most frustrating player on the Mavs to me. With all of the hype he gets (especially locally) about being such a great defender, he seems to get beaten off of the dribble and lit up by just about every average scorer in the league... not to mention he is a serious black hole on offense. I don't think I'd want McGrady's stink in town right now, but I'd definitely consider something along the lines of Howard for... well, a good defender that doesn't shoot it every time he touches it.
