Josh has to settle into the new look Mavs offense that actually passes the ball and plays as a team.
He has to be successful for the Mavs to play at a playoff competitive level. He has the skill set. He needs a coach to help him through this.
Trading him would be incredibly stupid in my opinion. Of course, if a Kidd deal comes along, then anything is possible. I didn't want to lose Devin but having Kidd just rocks. So, anything is possible.
