Unfortunately they already too far into HBP to fix those things. The horcruxes will be something I'm sure they can't change. I know they've said that the number of Riddel remembrances in HBP movie wouldn't be the same as the book, but I'm sure she wouldn't approve (they pass the script under her nose before they finalize it) any less than 7 (and the secret 8th) fragment of voldy's soul.
