Prosecutors agreed to drop all charges if the players stay out of trouble for two years.
Tinsley faced a felony charge of intimidation, and misdemeanor counts of battery, disorderly conduct and intimidation in the fight at the 8 Seconds Saloon in February 2007. Daniels was charged with battery and disorderly conduct, both misdemeanors.
The players also agreed to serve 32 hours of community service.
According to a police report, the manager of the bar said Tinsley threatened to kill him during the fight.
The defense and prosecutors agreed that there was probable cause for arrest and charges to be brought.

This is great news, hopefully Quis can stay out of trouble. I really miss that dude, he had a nice swagger and toughness. The kind of toughness we would have needed versus the warriors last year. His problem here was that he kept front rimming lol, I still think he shouldn't have been traded but with Jason Kidd on our side we'll be fine without him.
