I'd absolutely do this trade. We all saw how well Redd played with Kidd in the Olympics last summer. Having someone like Redd on the team would open up the middle for more slashing and give Dirk another guy who can take over a game on the offensive end.

I could see Milwuakee buying into this one but I think it would take our 14th pick in the draft to seal the deal. (if we fall in the lottery.)

Something else we might also consider is a trade for Shawn Marion using that 14th pick and/or Howard plus filler.
