i approach this game with more a feeling of dread than excitement. maybe i'm wrong, maybe there will be basketball life after tomorrow.....regardless, i feel i'm going to the funeral of a friend i haven't seen in some time, knowing that I will see the remnants which is my friend and yet not my friend, and i'm filled with sadness that i won't see him again.
and ok, i admit that this isn't exactly a vince limbardi-esque pre-game pep talk.
crap.
