Vin & Jason have sex with each other, Jason gets AIDS from Vin but dies sooner because the British are a sickly people with weaker immune systems...
Vin dies eventually too... Hollywood sucks a little less... U2 sleeps like a baby...
(but since Jason keels-over first, the score goes to Vin...)
