My apologies, cheat is a strong word. Also, it isn't cheating if it isn't called. Like you aren't lying unless you get caught. I hope and believe that it will come to pass that Cuban and the commish will eventually see eye to eye on something and the Refs will be held accountible and only then will we see if this is even worth all of the posts made today.
