The desire and tendency to talk about race in this election is coming MUCH more from the right than from the left. Right-ish pundits have been SEARCHING for the slightest discussions on race from the Obama team in order to get started in shrieks of outrage against it all... and when they don't find it, they just cobble together a bunch of quotes from random elements of "them" (some vague agglomeration of "left") to rail against.
Got anything to back that up? I've heard more about race from Obama and the Dems then anywhere else. Obama was the one yammering about not looking like the pictures on money, funny name and oh, by the way he's Black.

You hear how he would be the first Black elected President and how he is getting practically all the African American demographic, but that's hardly racist.
