I'm shocked that McHale has had a job for 10 years now. He's stunk it up as GM, Coach, GM again and now coach again.
I cannot understand at all how they could stay with that guy.
If anyone wants to see what the mavs would look like if we traded dirk and "started" over...you saw it last night.
You never trade away a guy like that unless he's going to leave anyway.
