I don't see why it wouldn't..."dormant" just means in a suspension or something like that. Now if there was another major issue other than the injury, then that might be a problem but Stein didn't go into more detail.
The only thing that doesn't make sense is May and it stinks that we use Stack for this deal, but oh well...it's the trade-off of Diop's deal.
