Lakers and Celtics found top players who played too long for mediocre teams. They are hungry and willing to put their egos behind the team concept. Now, Josh appears to be quite the opposite player. If we could trade him for someone like (not thinking about position or salary here) Michael Redd, Elton Brand, Iguodala, Vince Carter, Jamison, Brad Miller, Magette, Kaman etc. that would be exactly what the doctor ordered.
