It's the no-show that is embarrassing.
I really don't think it's that much of a talent issue. The team just won't play with consistency. I doubt a small or even medium trade will magically cure this issue. Getting blown out like this has to take a mental toll on the team, especially with the way the players/org reacted after that Boston blowout.
