Bob was talking about how posting up Howard and placing Dampier at the other block will allow Damp's man to easily double team Josh Howard. Then Bob didn't want to get into it even more, but he insinuated that it wouldn't be a good offensive set because Josh Howard does not know how to pass the basketball, let alone find the open man while being doubled.
