I like the idea of Dampier coming off the bench - but don't want to give up anything to upgrade at the 5. If it's the whole, Kidd for Shaq, Phoenix waives Kidd, we sign Kidd type-deal, then that would be really excellent. Otherwise, keeping Kidd is more important.
