SMC, I've seen Duncan do that on the block, when he has his back to the basket he basically brings his arms up from the side making sure the defender has his arms out so his arms get tangled up with the defender's. I don't remember seeing him do that while he's at the elbow. I'll see if I can spot him doing that.
