Powell has no lift anymore.
WCS isn't the best backup big but you can clearly see he's more useful than Powell.
As for Burke he just doesn't fit on this roster with Brunson available. Remember he played well last year in the bubble because he wasn't paired with Brunson. That is super small backcourt tandem and they offer the same skill set.
They both need to paired with a bigger backcourt mate to hide their weaknesses.
I can tolerate Burke a lot more than Powell though and if the Mavs were able to move Powell in a trade I'd be shocked.
