Right. ESPECIALLY if he thinks he's tied in. He's not a outsider. He's friends with Cuban and everyone in the front office.
That being said, its very possible he's learned from his past mistakes. Could've humbled himself. That's part of a coaches journey. Before Bill Bellichek became a Super Bowl winning champion he did coach the Cleveland Browns. Probably learned from his mistakes there and that carried over to the Patriots.
If there's people in the Lakers camp that vouch for similar stories than I'd probably be more concerned.
