The Mavs do it for obvious reasons. Iggy is way better than Josh; Dalembert vs. Dampier is a judgment call, though Dalembert is much younger, which is a plus; and Brand, as the third player in the front-court with Dirk & Dalembert, is about a 4000% upgrade over Gooden.
