My guess is 10:
Dirk (obvious)
Pachulia (Dirk's new buddy)
Parsons (no better choice)
Matthews (stuck with him)
Harris (under contract)
Barea (under contract)
DWill (hometown will want to stay and no better options)
Powell (they would have traded him at TDL)
Anderson (bright future and potential trade chip)
Mejri (good 3rd option probably at a bargain price)
Gone:
Felton (too pricey and Barea/Harris under contract)
Charlie (will go elsewhere)
Evans (not a good fit and will be cut or traded)
Lee (they'll find out he isn't a good fit)
McGee (Mejri has proven he can provide similar skills and production and seems more coachable)
