Hill comes as an expiring I believe so 3D remains unaffected. The upside for Phoenix has to be picks and youth. Maybe Odom/Roddy/DoJo/1st for Nash/Hill?
Phoenix probably still doesn't do it unless Nash breaks character and personally requests it (like Odom did).
EDIT:
Hill is on a 6.5M deal - it will be hard to get the salaries to match with such DoJo/Roddy especially as Nash makes more than Odom.
