Most fundamental rule in being a GM--understand the market value of your players. It's not what YOU might pay them, its what anybody else would. Jerruh sucks at this worse than Mavs FO.

Probably will..he's a better player than his detractors think. Yes, various things he's not great at, but lots of things he is. That said...see above.
