What do you mean Carter hasnt shown promise? He showd promise last season and this season. Admit u want a Troy Aikman or a STaubach but Quincy isnt that he is a young qb and is these past couple of weeks looks like he is maturing. Matter of fact I think Quincys stats look better than Collins.
