I haven't seen the photoshop, from what I've read its making fun of another politician (but I haven't seen it).
Other then that, the only people I've heard making fun of Palin kids are late night talk show hosts, and that's been pretty minimal - there's the Letterman incident (for which Letterman apologized) and ONE joke from Jay Leno (yes, Republican Jay Leno).
I don't condone targeting children for political humor, but if there have been widespread malicious attacks against the Palin kids, I haven't seen them.
