hmm... I'm pretty sure the Knicks don't uncur luxury tax penalty for him.
But it's ridiculous to say anyone who has only one year left on their contract to be the
"worst contract in the NBA".
The Knicks could have traded Houston and his contract for just about anyone.. Steve Francis for example.
