If you actually think about it, what better options did the lakers have at the time if they were forced to trade Kobe? To me, they wouldn't have had a better deal than Harris, Jho, Jet, and picks. Please correct me if i'm wrong in that regard.
It kind of bugs me to think that we had that opportunity and in turn get multiple championships... Having Dirk and Kobe would've resulted to exactly that.
