Pretty tough choice IMO. Carter has the highest floor, Jackson the most potential, and Porter is that badly needed / highly coveted wing scorer.

I can totally see this too. Hard to imagine Bamba hasnt risen, he's been very impressive. Biggest riser, maybe DiVencenzo excepted
