I understand why-- he's been thrown into a leadership position here at 19. He only had Dirk for a year and Dirk is not a vocal leader. Since then, we've seen a parade of guys coming through for a season or less.
But his emotionality is an issue. He has to be a team player and he has to control his emotions better (both with refs and teammates)

To quote Luka from last season's WC Semi's, "Everyone gets cocky when they're up." Welp, he and the team is down right now and we'll learn a lot about this team in the coming weeks. And as an earlier poster mentioned, it's all about desire and heart right now as that's what separates the ordinary from the EXTRAordinary.
