Nellie should be fired 5 minutes after the season ends. Walker should be traded before training camp next year. We should do all in our power to get Ostertag in free agency. Those are the only major changes that I feel strongly about for this team.

Nellie has consistently proved that he can't get the job done by his abject refusal to play a true center on anywhere near a consistent basis. Nellie can talk about Defense in interviews, but he refuses to place to play the one player on the Mavs who can make a tremendous impact on D. If Cuban wants the mavs to continue to be a team that makes the playoffs and quickly exits, then he'll keep Nellie. If Cuban truely wants a championship, then Nellie is out the door. Personally I just hope the door doesn't hit Nellie on the @$$ on the way out.
