Seriously. HDTV's have dropped in price considerably in the last 12 months though, so you might wanna see if you can afford one now. They're within reach for us regular people.

As far as the HDTV Tivo.... I like the interface, it is very nice, but I do have a Dish Network DVR that is quite reliable. Not as advanced as the Tivo, but then again I know Dish offers more advanced DVR's than the one I have.

Have you ever used a Dish DVR?
