Work Frustrations!!!

WTF is up with departments who insist that they must spend the budget in order to get again next year? Try to save the company some unneeded expenses and then get chewed out for not spending enough.

If you want to spend the money, then send me a freakin bonus check and quit wasting it...freakin morons!!!
