Frank is just in the perfect situation. No pressure. No big contract to live up to. Team desperately needs a ball handler. Really good defender. Doesn't make stupid decisions, and he keeps that French cool that Roddy had.
I hope he can elevate that cool to being more aggressive though. He'll never be able to live up to where he was picked, but I think he can be a 12 pt, 5 assist guy.
Oh, and having a coach that is willing to play him helps.
