He's not good enough to start for the Grizzlies, so he definitely won't start for anyone decent. Therefore, he'll find excuses not to play at all, which is what just happened.
He's not frustrated because he's losing; he's frustrated because he's not allowed to be the full-fledged dumbass washed-up ball hog he wants to be in Memphis. If he can't get the playing time he wants in Memphis, what makes you think he would want to be a Celtic? (and why the f*** would a team like that want him???)
