Yep, it's projected to be somewhere in the ballpark of $92m next year, at least $108m in 2017-18.

Yep, he could sign the same deal... Or ask for a raise that matches the cap increase... Or sign for as little as the vet min (~$2m).
It all just depends on what the FO's plans are this summer.
