I also understand where Serious is coming from, on the blow it up. Problem is, it is harder to find a true "superstar" than it is to find the compliments. None of the players in the original idea are superstars -- and none are worth Dirk or Kidd.

Aldridge is a nice player, but is he better than Bosh? I don't think Bosh ever gets to superstar level, just all-star.

It is easier to stay at 50 wins and hope to break through, than to try and find another superstar.

<edit> Check out Chicago. They are a great team of compliments. Problem is -- they need a superstar, but are too good now to be able to draft one, but not good enough to do anything in the playoffs.
