I just don't know what it would take and I'm also a little concerned with what is between Rondo's ears and how healthy he will be this year.

Still, if we could trade Ellis and spare parts for Rondo, pick up a stronger center this summer in free agency and a few younger guys like Crowder step up, that could be a decent playoff team. Rondo's been called a lockerroom cancer, but he's never played a game in his life at less than 100%.
Actually Sports Guy is always going on about how Rondo just doesn't bother to show up for entire games and you can tell within the first 5 minutes if he is at all invested. Also garnered a rep as an overated at times downright blase defender. Obviously he's a hell of a playoff competitor(even though he was passive to the point of being detrimental in the Finals loss to the Lakers- he was also much younger then)
