Muprh, I went on the Abs Diet Challenge through Men's Health about this time last year and dropped 25 pounds in about two months or so. It was really easy to do and I've been able to keep all the weight off. I highly suggest the diet, as it's really not a diet as much as it is a lifestyle change. Plus it mixes in the weights/cardio that help build the lean muscle. Anyway, I know my eating habits were horrid, so if I can do it, I'm positive you can. Good luck!
