there's a decent chance that this team will not gel as nellie has planned. Now, to not listen to ideas that could make the Mavs team better (especially on the defensive side of the ball) would be a huge mistake in my opinion.
Perhaps another trade would mean that it will take the mavs longer to 'gel'. However, if it gives the Mavs a better chance to realistically compete for a title, then so be it.
