And just to play devil's advocate with you Devin Harris has never had any success except on a loaded team where opponents are devoting their attention to Dirk, Howard and Terry. Assist to turnover ratios are about the same. Bell has a jumpshot that Harris doesn't.

Still, I agree that Harris is the better player, but $25 mil better over the same 5 years? Not IMO. Looks like Miami, or Milwaukee if they match, is getting an 80% Devin Harris at only 40% of the cost.
