You can change it manually in your profile settings. Just select "Central Time Zone" and enter -05.0 in the box below it. I don't know why selecting just the time zone still results in a wrong time, but entering that number should fix it. I'll move this thread to the D-M.com Stuff forum later since this question has been asked before.
