As long as there are players with no integrity, baseball will be a cheaters sport. Too much room for cheating that it would require the players to know they could cheat to choose not to.
Look at golf, its part of what makes the geam great to thosethat play. You call most of your own penalties and there is a sanctity of the game.
If you want to hit the ball farther, work harder. If you want to run faster, train harder. Steroids doesn't level any playing fields, it forces good players to leave thier ethcis in order to keep a job.
