He will be 31 at the end of June. He is not an old man. As for Duncan versus Dirk. You can handle Duncan that way because he isn't a shooter. There is nothing about his shooting that requires "rhythm"... Dirk on the other hand needs a feel for the game. Minutes and touches require that.
