Carlisle should take Dirk out the last minute of the 3rd quarter. Then rest him a minute or two of the 4th quarter. But during those 3 minutes it is IMPERATIVE that he have Howard/Terry/Kidd in there. You can rest the other guys some other time but in truth they might not need it.. (Especially Terry who comes off the bench anyway.)
