if the charges are without merit, they get tossed. it takes the charges being of merit to need defending. like I said, she only followed harry's maxim and got out of the kitchen. the strong battle and stand up for themselves, the weak run away.

like I pointed out, those without merit were dismissed...troopergate seem to be the basis for the $500K in debt she ran up, which btw she was not completely exonerated for. the lesson was don't abuse the office.

using the excuse of her being hassled for her resignation is about as thin as, well, palin's being suitable for a national leadership position, that's as thin as a piece of paper.
