Best to keep his mouth shut, seeing as how his statements gain nothing but could cost him quite a bit in the realm of public perception, even if they're misconstrued... It's not like the free agent class this summer is smarter than the average idiot when it comes to social issues.

I actually wonder if Cuban is trying to bait the media on this one as a brilliant gambit to prevent a forced sale of the Clippers. His argument would be "look at how ridiculous this could become that you can't say anything anymore without possibly losing your team to the TMZ/ESPN mob."
