OSU lost a lot more on defense than UT.
I believe they lost 9 starters and 3 of them were top 20 picks.
I don't know that UT's defense is worse when you consider the improvement of the returning players. It may be but it could easily be better.
Of course if Brown is suspended for an extended period of time, UT would be really thin at the corner.
