Should that woman be forced to relive that horrific, life-altering experience every day for nine months – and possibly beyond? Hasn't she been punished enough?

If you had ever known a woman who was raped and became pregnant, as I have, then you would know that forcing her to carry that baby to term is nothing more than cruel and unusual punishment for someone who has already been brutally violated in a way you could never understand.
