One, the employer is being unreasonable. Let it slide if it's not waving and hitting your face every 5 minutes. If you find it *offensive* to fly the US flag, I have absolutely no justification for the other supervisor.

I'd like to make sure that it is exactly as McLuca is saying though. There's always 2 sides to the story, but I can't work out in my head what the other side could be arguing. That's just ridiculous.
